About

A better growth company for home services.

Home service companies deserve better than fragmented vendors, disconnected tactics, and reporting that never gets closer to revenue.

We built HomeField around how homeowners actually choose.

Not around channels, which is how agencies are usually organized. A homeowner deciding who to hire for a $22,000 project does one of three things: they search, they ask the people they trust, or they respond to something that reached them first.

Those three behaviors are the entire architecture of this company. HomeField Local wins the search. HomeField Community wins the recommendation. HomeField Demand creates the moment. Each one is a system with a defined outcome, a repeatable delivery process, and a number at the end that a contractor recognizes.

That structure is also a constraint, deliberately. If a request doesn't connect to generating profitable local demand, it isn't HomeField. We don't do logos, brochures, or social media management, and saying so plainly has saved everyone a lot of time.

What we believe

  • Products, not retainers. A clear outcome, a delivery system, and a measurable return beat an open-ended bundle of marketing tasks.
  • Outcomes, not activity. You shouldn't have to care how many citations we built. You should care about opportunities, estimates, jobs, and revenue.
  • Honest measurement. Attribution in local services is imperfect. We push reporting closer to real business results and we don't overstate what we can prove.
  • Fit before revenue. Some markets and some businesses aren't right for a given product. Saying so early is cheaper for everyone than discovering it in month five.

Home services is not another vertical for us. It's the point.

Home services focus

We build around the economics, sales cycle, service areas, and buying behavior of local home service businesses.

Productized systems

HomeField products are designed as repeatable growth systems, not loosely defined retainers.

Local market intelligence

We start with the actual market where a client competes, town by town, not a national playbook.

Business outcomes

We push reporting closer to qualified opportunities, booked work, and revenue.

Integrated acquisition

Search, recommendations, and paid demand can work as one coordinated engine rather than three vendors.

National reach. Local execution.

HomeField works with businesses across the United States while building strategies around the individual markets they serve.

Who we work best with.

We would rather tell you early that the fit isn't there than take on work that won't produce anything worth keeping.

A strong fit looks like

  • An established operation with a real track record
  • A strong reputation you are proud of
  • Meaningful average job value
  • A clearly defined service territory
  • Capacity to take on more work
  • A responsive sales and lead-handling process
  • Serious intent to grow, with a budget behind it

Probably not a fit

  • Your business is in an immediate cash-flow crisis
  • Your team does not consistently answer leads
  • Your reputation needs repair before acquisition can scale
  • You are shopping for the cheapest provider available
  • You expect guaranteed revenue regardless of your sales process

We start with your actual market.

Not a generic sales deck. The Growth Assessment looks at your service area, competition, job economics, and where demand is going unclaimed, then tells you where the opportunity is.

  • Service area and territory review
  • Competitive visibility in your towns
  • Average job value and acquisition economics
  • Local community demand signal
  • A recommended starting point, with reasoning
